Keep Your Pet Healthy with Our Wellness Programs

At Compassion Veterinary Clinic in Blue Bell and Philadelphia, PA, our wellness plan aims to help your pet live longer and happier through affordable, preventive care. We intend to eliminate problems before they happen. We pay close attention to details such as vaccinations, dental hygiene, and nutrition. Preventive care encompasses everything you can do right for your pets.

Congratulations on your new pet! Your puppy or kitten will receive a thorough examination and intestinal parasite check for their first visit. We typically see new pets starting at six weeks of age and then every three weeks after that to continue their vaccinations (for nine to fifteen weeks). On the first visit, our doctors will take the time to educate you on your new pet's care needs and answer any questions you may have.

What Our Plan Includes

All necessary vaccines and boosters

Dewormers (Strongid T, Panacur, Drontal Plus, etc.)

Intestinal parasite fecal tests

Comprehensive physical exams

Rabies, Distemper, Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis, Chlamydiosis, and Leukemia

Otoscopic, ophthalmic, dental, neurological, cardiovascular, pulmonary, and urogenital examinations; abdominal palpation and weight assessment

Spay/Neuter Surgery We recommend that all puppies and kittens have an ovariohysterectomy (spay) or castration (neuter or orchiectomy) by an average of six months of age to ensure a healthier life. Our doctor does spay/neuter before six months of age.

Microchip – permanent identification

Pet-Fit Program (Nutrition Consultation)
